• Drip Campaign uses a simple monthly message and call-to-action back to your website, linking customers to online menus, orders, calendars and more! These messages can be customized to showcase everything your brand has to offer, all in a "set and forget" campaign.
• Mailing List Messages interact with subscribers who've opted-in to using the Mailing List form on your website. New subscribers immediately receive a welcome message, and optional celebratory dine-in offers can be set up to correspond with subscriber birthdays and/or anniversaries.
• Guest WIFI Message is triggered by a sign-in to your Spillover Gated WIFI inside the restaurant. This message thanks the customer for joining and prompts them to leave a review.
• MyReviews Message is triggered by a positive 4- or 5-star review on your Spillover MyReviews page. This message thanks the customer for the review and prompts them to follow your social media pages.
